Orders must be collected within 7 working days after you receive the pickup confirmation.

2. Delivery by Courier

Orders are shipped after payment confirmation.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Latvia: 1–3 working days
  • Lithuania & Estonia: 2–5 working days
  • European Union: 3–10 working days
  • Worldwide: 7–30 days

Delivery Prices:

  • Latvia: 2–4 EUR
  • Lithuania & Estonia: 3–5 EUR
  • Worldwide: 5–25 EUR

3. Right of Withdrawal & Returns (14 Days)

In accordance with Latvian and EU consumer law, the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the date of receiving the goods.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer (PTAL 12.pants).

Refunds

After receiving the returned item, NikaSport.eu will refund the product price to the bank account provided in the return form within 14 days.

⚠️ Delivery costs are not refunded, unless the item was defective or incorrectly shipped.

4. Return Conditions

To qualify for a refund, the item must meet the following requirements:

  1. The product must be complete and in original condition — unused, clean, and undamaged. (PTAL allows checking the product as in a physical store, but not full use.)
  2. All accompanying items must be included, such as:
    • Original packaging (if possible)
    • Tags, labels, accessories
    • Invoice
  3. The return must be sent to the address provided by NikaSport.eu in the return instructions email.

5. Items That Cannot Be Returned

In accordance with Latvia & EU legislation, the following items cannot be returned after opening, due to hygiene reasons:

  • Undergarments (Underwear, under-leotard wear)
  • Socks, half-shoes, toe shoes
  • Hair accessories
  • Any product with direct skin contact

(PTAL 12.panta sestā daļa — higiēnas preces cannot be returned once opened.)
