A rhythmic gymnastics rope is chosen by the gymnast’s height, along with length, thickness and material stiffness. NikaSport.eu carries SASAKI, PASTORELLI and TULONI ropes in 2.5 and 3 m lengths, including solid, multicolour and metallic finishes. To check the length roughly, stand on the middle of the rope — the ends should reach about armpit height. After fitting, the ends are usually knotted for a comfortable grip; separate handles are not used for gymnastics ropes. Confirm the final length and any competition requirements with your coach.
