Rhythmic gymnastics balls are chosen by diameter, surface finish and the requirements of specific competitions. NikaSport.eu carries SASAKI, CHACOTT, PASTORELLI and TULONI balls in 16, 17, 18 and 18.5 cm diameters. Younger and beginner gymnasts usually go for 16–17 cm balls, while older athletes use 18–18.5 cm, but the final size is best confirmed with your coach. When choosing, pay attention to how the ball sits in the hand, how it behaves during rolls, and whether it holds without sticking. For official competitions, always check the FIG Approved marking on the specific model — not every size and series carries the same status.
