Ribbon sticks are chosen by length, flexibility, weight and connector type. NikaSport.eu carries PASTORELLI, TULONI, SASAKI and CHACOTT sticks in 50 and 60 cm lengths. 50 cm sticks are more often used by younger gymnasts, while 60 cm suits older athletes — confirm the right option with your coach. A stick needs to be flexible enough for a smooth ribbon flow while still allowing precise control. Before buying, check that the length matches the age category, whether a swivel or thread is included, and whether the stick is compatible with your chosen ribbon.
